How much does a booth cost?

What does a booth come with?
Each booth in the show comes with a 6’ table, two chairs, a booth ID sign and a waste basket. Additional furnishings, electricity, lighting, etc. are available from the facility or the decorator. |

Can I host class time at the show for commercial purposes?
Yes. By purchasing a show program ad, you will receive one or two hours of class time and schedule/bio placement in the show program. Just one tip: Don’t make your whole class time a sales pitch. Be sure to do some interesting demos for the attendees. |

Can I advertise in the Trade show Program?
Absolutely! We offer great rates for space in our Program. Plus, show program ads come with class room time so you can reach more attendees with your message. How do I get my exhibit to my booth?
We try to keep the costs to the exhibitor down as much as possible. We hold our show at non-union halls, so that you can bring your goods to your booth yourself, if you so desire. We do also offer help getting your things to your booth from the loading docks, for a nominal fee. This service is called “Hands for Hire”. |
